Description
Andy Warhol, fascinated by Montauk, rented his house to the Rolling Stones in the summer of 1975 for the pre-recording of the album 'Black and Blues', which featured the haunting ballad 'Memory Motel'. This song is a fervent homage to the vintage veneer of a tumultuous era. It carries an androgynous aroma, with tobacco and patchouli mingling, pierced by a hint of vanilla. There is something timeless and rock n' roll about it, reminiscent of the past.
