The Mayumbe scented candle is made of mouth-blown glass by our glass artisans, sprinkled with colors ranging from duck blue to saffron yellow.
The Mayumbe forest is part of the Congo Basin forest, the second largest tropical forest in the world with 2 million km2. These forests become from north to south a mosaic of wooded savannahs in which we notice an exceptional biodiversity endangered by ever-increasing deforestation. Located at an altitude of 600 to 700 meters, the Mayumbe forest is very humid and its temperature fluctuates between 17 and 20 degrees.
Cinnamon wood - Black pepper - Galbanum
Its fragrance with notes of black pepper and galbanum takes us into the magic of the African highlands, in woody and refreshing scents.
Always burn the candle until its surface is completely liquid. This step can be long, especially on your first burn. Do not exceed the maximum burning time indicated on the instruction sticker and never allow burning to finish. Always keep at least a centimeter of wax at the bottom.
